Alan Dershowitz says shame on Mueller for exceeded his role
Liberal Scholar and famed lawyer Alan Dershowitz says Robert Mueller far exceeded his powers in his closing statement today regarding the two year witch Hunt .
‘If we had had confidence that’ President Trump ‘clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so’.
Dershowitz said in his op-ed in The hill.com that what Mueller did today was worse than what James Comey said after exonerating Crooked Hillary.
Comey declared in a July 2016 press conference that “although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive highly classified information.”
Comey was hated by both parties for basically exonerating Crooked Hillary and by Democrats for reopening the investigation into her emails 10 days before the 2016 election.
But according to Dershowitz Mueller exceeded his powers in even greater fashion.
Mueller effectively invited Democrats to institute impeachment proceedings. Obstruction of justice is a “high crime and misdemeanor” which, under the Constitution, authorizes impeachment and removal of the president.
Dershowitz said until today he had given Mueller a pass on being a partisan. But Mueller proved today his partisan bias. President Trump has said throughout the two year witch Hunt/ coup attempt that Mueller and his 18 Democrat lawyers were out to get him
Steve Cowen needs to give Robert Mueller a pail of KFC because the Special counsel says the investigation is over, he is headed back to private life and will not testify. But his parting shot at Trump which exceeded his powers was to encourage Congress to continue the investigation
For his part President Trump declared the investigation over today on Twitter.
Nothing changes from the Mueller Report. There was insufficient evidence and therefore, in our Country, a person is innocent. The case is closed! Thank you.

Trump says “Nothing changes from the Mueller Report. There was insufficient evidence and therefore, in our Country, a person is innocent. The case is closed! Thank you.
Innocent until proven guilty is the standard forever of U.S. law. Not until the Mueller coup attempt has guilty until somebody can prove you are been the standard of proof.
