President Trump goes Scorched Earth on Jeff Sessions over Mueller investigation

Scorched earth

President Trump went all scorched earth today on Attorney Jeff Sessions. It is apparent that he has had enough of the witch hunt by the 17 democrats led by Robert Mueller. The President has yet to demand Sessions fire Mueller which would be well within his rights. But he is keeping a hot fire under Jeff Sessions Southern rear end.

The President could call Sessions in for the scorched earth session but that is not his preferred method. Trump took to Twitter to say “This is a terrible situation and Attorney General Jeff Sessions should stop this Rigged Witch Hunt right now, before it continues to stain our country and further. Bob Mueller is totally conflicted and his 17 Angry Democrats that are doing his dirty  work are a disgrace to USA!”

The White House is defending Trump’s comments which the press interpreted as obstruction saying the President is simply “fighting back”, which he has every right to do.

Press Secretary Sanders offered an explanation for the Presidents tweet saying “It’s not an order, It’s the Presidents opinion.

The President also compared the treatment of Paul Manafort to that of gangster Al Capone. The Manafort trial began yesterday with jury selection. Manafort is being charged with money laundering and fraud, nothing even close to Russian collusion. The charges against Manafort are 10 years old and the Government has passed before on even charging him. It is clear Mueller is using Manafort to push forward his witch hunt with the hope Manafort will give some damning information on Trump.

Expect more scorched earth from the President on the Mueller witch hunt. It is clear Robert Mueller has nothing on Trump. Otherwise it would be all over CNN, MSNBC and the networks.
