Parkland gun control activist Emma Gonzalez says go join the military if you want to shoot an assault weapon

Parkland school shooting survivor activist Emma Gonzalez and David Hogg continued their 15 minutes of fame at an Education week forum. The two continue to prove that they should have stayed in High School. Gonzalez González on Thursday argued that military-style assault weapons should be outlawed for personal use and people who want to shoot them should “go serve your f*cking country.”

“And the reason it doesn’t work is that it’s not at a federal level,” Hogg explained. “Places like Chicago get their guns from different states.”

González argued that part of the solution to mass shootings nationwide is to outlaw some types of guns.

“It’s just cheaper to take away the guns that aren’t imperative to living in America,” she insisted. “You don’t need an AR-15 to protect yourself in bed from a robber at night. You don’t need an AR-15 to have fun at a shooting range.”

“Go join the Army if you want to have fun shooting off a weapon,” González added. “And serve your fucking country. Excuse my language.”

Their remarks were made on Thursday the day before the latest school shooting at Santa Fe High school in Texas Friday morning. The latest shooting killed 10 and injured 10. The latest shooting will no doubt further fuel the stupidity of Hogg and Emma Gonzalez. The Texas shooter was 17 and got the weapons from his father and they were not assault weapons. No gun control will prevent evil people from doing evil acts.
