Addressing the elephant in the room

Mainstream press barely interested in ISIS student failed bomb attempt yesterday, too busy promoting Socialist gun control agenda

The mainstream press for the three weeks since 15 students and 2 teachers at Stoneman Douglas High School were killed have had a collective orgasm for gun control. It has been 24/7 news coverage that the only way we can save these children is to take away AR15 which most mainstream press organizations are mislabeled as assault weapons. CNN has made a Socialist hero out of David Hogg who told a US Senator Marco Rubio at the town hall on gun policy that when he looked at him he felt like he was looking down the barrel of an AR15 or right at Nickolas Cruz.

Something happened yesterday that does not meet the mainstream press and Socialist left agenda that is hardly getting any coverage at all. A Utah student drawn into ISIS failed in a bombing attempt at a High School. Had he been successful with a bomb the results might have been devastating. But how are you going to ban home-made bombs? And the press does not seem to care much about pointing out ISIS attempts.

According to an Associated Press report that NBC republished online, a student at Pine View High School in St. George, Utah was arrest Monday night after a bomb he planted in the school failed to detonate.

“A teenage student at a southern Utah high school has been charged with bringing a homemade bomb to the school that was discovered in a backpack emitting smoke and prompted an evacuation,” the AP reported. “No one was hurt Monday after the backpack was found in a common area of the school by a student who reported it to a teacher.”

CBS and NBC have yet to report on the incident they are probably too busy chasing David Hogg around for a stupid 17-year-old quote or any of the other paid teen activist. ABC anchor David Muir gave the failed bombing a mere 15 seconds on Wednesday’s World News Tonight. “To the Index of other news tonight and a school bomb scare in St. George, Utah. A high school student is under arrest tonight, accused of trying to detonate a backpack bomb during lunch. Classmates spotted smoke coming from the bag. Police say the teenager researched information about ISIS,”  that’s the coverage for a High School ISIS bombing attempt.

The AP also noted that the teen was a suspect in other local incidents of vandalism involving ISIS iconography:

Police in the city of Hurricane about a half-hour drive from St. George said Tuesday the teen who was arrested is also suspected of raising an Islamic State group flag in February at Hurricane High School. That happened on Feb. 15, a day after a mass shooting at a school in Florida. Authorities initially thought the graffiti and flag at the school were pranks.

“Based on our investigation we can confirm this was a failed attempt to detonate a homemade explosive at the school. It was also determined that the male had been researching information and expressing interest in ISIS and promoting the organization,” the local police said, as documented by the AP. “Police did not describe the homemade bomb in detail but said it ‘had the potential to cause significant injury or death,’” the AP added.

The coverage from the mainstream press has been much different after the Stoneman Douglas shooting than even Las Vegas. Perhaps they didn’t care as much after Las Vegas since it was mostly white probably conservative country music fans. It is clear their agenda is promoting the Socialist propaganda of gun control. Maybe they should do some research on how well that is working in Australia or for the starving people of Venezuela.
