Democrats Memo rejected by President of course they wrote it to be rejected
President Trump rejected the Democrats memo of course it was written to get a rejection. The Democrat memo is a ridiculous attempt to cover up the biggest scandal in this country since Watergate.
President Trump says that the memo the Democrats sent is full of sources and methods of the FBI that they knew could not be released. Adam Schiff is a snake in the grass and knows that the Democrats used fake information to get the warrant to spy on the Trump campaign and is desperate to cover it up.
White House counsel Don McGahn wrote a letter to House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) explaining that “although the president is inclined to declassify” the Democratic memo, the administration believes it would create “especially significant concerns” for “national security and law enforcement interests.”
The Democrats sent a very political and long response memo which they knew, because of sources and methods (and more), would have to be heavily redacted, whereupon they would blame the White House for lack of transparency. Told them to re-do and send back in proper form!

In a separate letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher Wray, McGahn highlighted the information the White House says it believes is problematic and should not be released.
Of course the Democrats say that their memo was cherry picked by the President. They wrote it so that it would be rejected and they could claim bias.
“The President’s double standard when it comes to transparency is appalling,” Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) said. “The rationale for releasing the Nunes memo, transparency, vanishes when it could show information that’s harmful to him. Millions of Americans are asking one simple question: what is he hiding?”
According to a recently released Rasmussen poll most Americans believe it was Obama who has something to hide . A clear majority of 55 percent believe it is “likely” that the Obama administration “improperly surveilled the Trump campaign during the 2016 election.” That includes 31 percent of Democrats, 87 percent of Republicans, and 55 percent of Independents.
